2. Design Approval / Finalisation

  • Development of approval drawings
  • Documentation of key dimensions and features
  • Finalising of 3D CAD model of your build
  • Programming of your parts into our CNC Machinery

3. Australian Manufacturing

  • Manufacturing of bodies utilising our CNC Machinery, skilled welders, painters & assemblers
  • Australian manufacturing from raw sheet metal to finished body

4. Build Review

  • Performance of inperson review of the build so critical design features can be tested and assessed
  • Variations to the build can be identified and quickly implemented

5. Vehicle Integration

  • Integration of the body with your vehicle
  • Compliance with ADR and Motorhouse Body Builder requirements
  • Quality review and meeting of ISO9001 qualitty standards

6. Vehicle Delivery

  • Vehicle collection by dealer for registration
  • Registration compliance paperwork provided
